Act in Charge, Be in Charge Clip Another part of controlling the message is, control yourself. Don't, don't fall don't go you have to do what you can to resist the temptation to panic. You have to be calm, cool and collected. You have to project authority and calmness and that you're in charge that you have a steady hand on the rudder, and just you know, acting as if you are in charge, and especially if you are can be a self fulfilling prophecy.
