It's a way to get them to identify with you reporters need to do that too. I often say to anchors, you kind of have two jobs, you have to be friendly and approachable on one side. And then the other side, in my opinion is strength, because you are delivering stories that can be tragic. So you have to figure out a way to blend the two. And I think that's true even in front of a, in any sort of business presentation or speaking opportunity, is it it is a balance, you are maybe presenting facts or you're presenting a product or whatever, but you need to make your audience relate to it so that they don't, you know, get glazed over with what you're trying to tell them and vulnerability helps with that.
