How to communicate in a war zone: JJ Brun

When you only have 10 bullets, you can't shoot your way out. You need to communicate. At the end, I was in a warzone, with a pistol one magazine and 10 bullets. And I realized that I was going to have to do business differently. My ability to get out of a tough spot will be on my ability or intent to message my way out of it. So, I had learned other skill sets before being trained as a contact handling. And it's a it's a behavioral model to better understand how to read people how to read and discern their preferred communication style, so that my intended message is received and not resisted. So that can build a relationship or a professional relationship, but build a relationship that would give me the benefit of the doubt -----
