So what is gravitons? There are a number of qualities or attributes, but the first the top two that you need to remember, is confidence and decisiveness. Yes, there are other things around that. But as recent as 2021 This is what the research showed that gravitas, the two qualities, most valued are confidence and decisiveness. So that's the first part of the equation, communication. The top qualities were being clear and being concise. And I work so often with people just on the clarity alone.
