How can you be successful as a fractional worker, manager or executive? Listen to John Arms on the podcast, Your Intended Message https://yourintendedmessage.podbean.com/e/71-john-arms-fractional-work-how-does-it-work/ The people who succeed in fractional work the best are those who are quick to adapt, and always be learning mindset. So it's, it doesn't really, it's more of a psychographic place than it is a demographic place. And in, in Voyageur, you've got people from every skill set, you can imagine we got it ops, finance, marketing, design, you know, all of that a lot of good experience, but it's those who are embracing, I got to change my mindset here, I got to stop thinking about growing in place, and be much more of a learning, you know, engine and an engine of change than I am of an engine of repetition. So those who those who embrace that mindset do really, really well. Sometimes be people come out of a business that say they worked for, you know, fortune 500 or fortune 2000 business for 25 years. That is hard for them to do. They do it and it comes around. There's a lot of vulnerability with that. There's a lot of humility that's needed, but it's not easy to do. ------ Watch this interview with John Arms here https://youtu.be/It2JaFi4oJA?si=sb0mgVL7y8ojjAN-
