Onscreen vs in person, communication dynamics, virtual vs in-person, body language, camera translation, medium of communication, stage elements, result differences, audience engagement, virtual stage, direct eye contact, auditory feedback, non-verbal cues, virtual communication. And deliver it the exact same way, thinking that they're going to get a similar outcome or result that they do in person, and it's a different dynamic, right?
