How to use the pause when you speak for greater impact. And there was a, I think it was Victor Borge the pianist who said, you know, the notes I play like anybody else. But the pause in between there is the message or the music or I forgot how he said it. But it was really the power of the pause. So I work on that with people a lot. And when they learned to come to a stop, when they learned to use a dramatic pause, what that does is it allows the message to land, but also, it allows for emotion and to have impact. So if you want people to move to action, they're not going to do it because they're in their heads and their intellectual and they're analyzing you're going to do it because they feel something.
