And it sounds a bit simplistic, but even in research and development organizations, when we have the ability to better forecast, plan and assign work, we're going to get more done, because everybody is going to be aware of how much time they have to get something done. We're not making it into a sweatshop. We're making it more fun. Because we're passing that ball back and forth to our teammates. We're making progress, and we're scoring goals.
