There wasn't that much of an ecosystem out there for those people to just charge money unless they're a part of an agency or a larger organization. And and now there's all of these opportunities for these younger workers to actually work on their own terms. And the number one thing, the number one thing that organizations need to wrap their head around is work flexibility. That's, that's number one. And it's the easiest one, and it's expanding our definition of not just working from where you want to work, although that's important. It's expanding our definition of work flexibility to be more of a choose your own adventure for employees.
