Building stronger workplace relationships and how to leverage your energy I call this go the extra metre for everyone so give to everyone but not but don't fly out for them Don't go do their groceries like go the extra mile I mean the metre which means okay send them a podcast episode they'll help them send them a quick tax answer quote maybe send them a voice note or something but go the extra 10 miles for the top pupil in your network. So my my version of this is not go the extra mile for everyone. It's go the extra metre for them, which is a metre more than most people by the way, because most people don't do anything for other people.
